Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of waitlistworkshops.com (the “Site”) operated by Waitlist Workshops LLC (“Waitlist Workshops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or booking a demo call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
What the Site provides
The Site provides information about Waitlist Workshops and our workshop marketing program, free educational resources, and the ability to book a demo call. Booking a demo does not create any obligation to purchase, and does not by itself enroll you in any paid program. The terms of any paid program are governed by a separate agreement you enter into at the time of purchase.
Results and earnings disclaimer
Any results, revenue figures, patient counts, return-on-investment numbers, case studies, or testimonials shown on the Site are examples of what some clients have achieved. They are not guarantees, promises, or projections of your results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, execution, ad spend, follow-through, and the nature of your practice. We do not guarantee any specific result, level of income, or number of patients. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, clinical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and professional and advertising standards that apply to your practice.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Belief Transfer Method framework and name, presentations, videos, and downloads, are owned by Waitlist Workshops LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use of freely provided resources is permitted.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent way.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Site.
Bookings and communications
When you book a call or opt in, you consent to receive related emails, text messages, and calls from us or our service providers. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waitlist Workshops LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waitlist Workshops LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.
Changes and termination
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason.
