How much does chiropractic workshop marketing cost?
There are two separate costs: the system that runs the workshops, and the advertising that fills them. Expect $1,500 to $2,000 per month in ad spend paid directly to the ad platforms, plus the cost of whatever system or agency you use. Waitlist Workshops starts at $1,695 per month.
Cost one: the advertising
This is money you pay Meta or Google directly, not an agency. To fill a room reliably in most markets, budget $1,500 to $2,000 per month. Less than that and registration volume becomes unpredictable, which matters more than it sounds: a half-full room damages the doctor delivering it as much as it damages the numbers.
This cost does not disappear if you run everything yourself. It is the price of reaching people who do not know you exist.
Cost two: the system
This is where the market varies enormously, because what is being sold varies enormously. Broadly there are three models.
- Coaching programs. You get advice, accountability and frameworks. You still build and run the advertising yourself, and you still write the presentation.
- Marketing agencies. They run traffic to an event. What happens once people are in the room is your problem.
- Full systems, which include the advertising, the presentations, the follow-up and coaching on the delivery itself.
Pricing across those three models varies widely enough that any range quoted here would mislead you. Ask each one directly, and ask what the total is over the first ninety days rather than the monthly figure.
Waitlist Workshops sits in the third category. Membership starts at $1,695 per month plus a one-time setup. An Annual Partnership is $18,500 for twelve months, paid in two payments six months apart. The Certainty Circle is $32,500 per six months, by application, capped at twelve members.
The number that actually decides this
Monthly cost is the wrong question. The right one is what a new patient is worth to you, multiplied by how many a workshop produces.
Run it yourself with your own numbers. If a workshop produces 8 to 12 new patients and your average patient value is $2,000, one event is worth $16,000 to $24,000. Set that against your own combined monthly cost, membership plus ad spend, and the question stops being whether you can afford it and becomes whether the workshops will actually run.
Cheap is a system nobody uses. Expensive is a system that fills a room and cannot convert it.
What to check before paying anyone
- Does it include the presentation, or only the traffic? Filling a room is the easier half.
- Is anyone coaching the delivery? The same room converts at wildly different rates depending on who is standing in front of it.
- Is there a guarantee, and does it attach to attendance or to vague effort?
- What is the total first-90-days cost, including setup and ad spend? Monthly pricing hides the real number.
The honest caveat
None of this works if the workshops do not happen. The most common reason a practice sees no return is not the system or the ad budget. It is that six weeks passed and no event was scheduled. Whatever you buy, buy the version that puts a date in the calendar.
